4. What payment plans are available through CareCredit?
CareCredit offers a full range of payment plans. Our 3, 6, 12, & 18 Month
No Interest* Payment Plans feature monthly payments as low as 3% of the
balance and let you pay within the specified time without incurring interest
charges.
For patients/clients with treatment fees from $1,000 to over $25,000, who
would appreciate more time to pay and lower monthly payments, our 24, 36,
48, & 60 Month Extended Payment Plans offer a low, fixed 11.9% interest
rate and an extended term.
Please Note: Not all practices offer every plan. To find out which plans are available in your provider's
practice, be sure to speak with the Office Manager or Financial Coordinator.
5. What if my healthcare professional doesn’t accept CareCredit?
If you would like to use the CareCredit program but your healthcare
professional doesn’t offer it, please take a moment and
click here to fill out our referral form. We will contact the practice on
your behalf to discuss the benefits of offering CareCredit to their patients/clients.
6. How can I qualify for CareCredit?
Approval is based on information from your credit application and past credit
history. This includes information from the primary applicant as well as any
co-applicant.
7. Can I apply for CareCredit online?
Absolutely! Applying online is quick, easy, and secure with SSL-encryption.
Simply complete and submit your application to receive a decision in seconds.
Once approved, print out your response, and present it, along with 2 forms of
identification at your practice. Your CareCredit card should arrive within three
weeks. It’s that easy!
8. When will I receive my first CareCredit billing statement?
You will not receive a billing statement from CareCredit until a charge has been
processed on your account. Once a charge has been processed, you will receive
your first billing statement within 30 days.
9. Can I pay off my CareCredit account before the end of the term?
Yes. There are no pre-payment penalties with CareCredit.
10. I already have a CareCredit account but I would like to use it
again, can I?
Yes, you can use your CareCredit account at any CareCredit practice. As long
as you have the available credit on your account, you can use your card for
ongoing or new treatment and procedures, without the need to reapply.
11. Can I access my account or make a payment online?

12. Can I pay a portion of the fee myself and use CareCredit for the
